Things are often not as they seem. We have been told this over and over, but still the majority of us is still not listening. We must open our eyes. Or should I say our minds, and see the real picture. We need to stop following what we are told because it is not always the truth. Everyone you know may be just as mislead as you. This is applicable in many areas of our lives. Why are people in our country stressing over gas prices? Fully electric cars were invented years ago and were proven to work, but why aren’t they around now when there is a need. We can put a man on the moon but the best we can do is build hybrids? We must look deeper and know that things are always more complicated than they seem. Do as this shirt says and perceive the deceiver.

There was once a period in Hip-Hop that excelled above what we see today as Hip-Hop. This period was a simpler but greater time in hip-hop music based on creativity, pushing the limits, innovation, and the ability to influence.
